What other on site optimization can I use to optimization my site, I have used the following:
*Meta tag Optimization
*Content Optimization
*Alt Tags on images
*Anchor the Text from the content with the use of targeted keyphrases.
Is there another ways for on site optimization .

For search engines you mean? The title and h1 tags are the most important.

Although there are some speculations in other forums that Google doesn't give that much importance to it anymore. But I would still give importance to it as I believe they are still an important part of onpage optimization. IMO, onpage and offpage factors should be well atuned so as to get the full benefits of your SEO.
