How do I know if a search engine has indexed all the pages on my site? I want all the articles to be indexed but I don't know how to check.
Oh, by the way, I got my first refering visit from a search engine today, "free travel articles for reprint use" I'm 26 in yahoo for that

type "site:www.yoursite.com" into most search engines and it will list all pages on that search engine of the site.
hope this helps

When I do that only 2 pages come up, does that mean only those 2 pages were indexed?

Check to see if it says that some results have been excluded -- usually they only list a couple of pages unless you click to show them all.

I clicked the omitted results thing and it still only showed 2 pages! Is google not indexing my site all the way because my site is fairly new?

I can't speak for Google, but check your links, make sure your content is targeted, et cetera. They do compress urls if they appear to be identical, so be aware of the need for new titles and such.

O, crap, if they do that then I am in some big trouble. There is no way for me to change titles etc on any other pages, everything is in a wrapper!

It should only happen if the content is substantially identical on the other pages, eh? You can still set different title names even with a wrapper.

Suzannes right, depending on the system it's pretty much always possible. For instance, with dreamweaver you just put the title in an editable area. With a DB driven system you just get the title from the database BEFORE you load the page and assign the title to a variable which you can then simply print between the title tags (that's assuming of course, your database HAS a title field.
