couple of year before this web site have 2/10 Page Rank but not it have 0/10 PR what is the reason behind this, i have no idea about this

Google shows only 3 backlinks, IMO this is too low for a 2 year old site.
You should get more links to get a decent PR with next TBPR update.

no no actually site is banned for one and half year for PR. A couple of month before we started SEO from the brim, does it effect after 2 months.
