I just checked the number of indexed pages for one of my sites in google using the site: command. It has quadrupled from 60 to about 250. Anyone else seeing this?

I can't remember what it was before but 104,000 is definitely higher than it was. I think the old number was closer to the number of threads which is 22,000! Don't know where it's getting 5 times that many pages though...
We're also back at #1 for the "webmaster forums" keyword - the rankings have been changing a lot over the past month or so.

I'm seeing really screwed up results... our number of indexed pages has risen as well but most of the pages are caches from about a year ago...

Google is all screwed up at the present. My page index is also up - but it is from photo albums I have replaced, and deleted some time ago.
In other words, I am receiving indexing for pages that no longer exist!!. :eek:
##PS. But right now I am receiving nada. My SP has blown their servers hard drive, and everything is down. GRRRRR.
