Google is officially trying my patience.
Here's whats going on:
When my site was first indexed the title was its URL (not the title i specified in my meta tags) and there was no description and the keywords i specified in the meta tags also didn't work (the only way you could get my site to come up was by typing in the URL or part of the URL) I learned from TWF that this because google only partially indexed my site and that it would be fixed soon. It took google a couple of weeks to finish idexing my site. I thought the problem was solved, but for about the past week my site has been in a partially indexed state. Plz tell me what's going on and if there is anything i can do to fix it. Since google is such a popular engine (unfortunately for me) its almost a necessity to be on it so please help me

Your site does not have much text that stays the same, that might help. Having better titles and description tags should also help.
But I think the biggest problem is that you are hosted on RoadRunner.... Everyone that has a RR account has a site even if they don't use it. So you are stuck in there with millions of other little sites and I think you would have to have a large professional site to get much attention. Most systems to not pay much attention to personal home pages or sites that are hosted for free.
I would open a cheap hosting account somewhere and get your own domain name. I think you will be much happier...

Maybe I should. oh and by the way every1 who signs ur for rr does not get a site they have to go to a part of rr.com and register to get their URL and to use the service. Domain registrations cost like nothing and i have found a good host for the incredable price of $1.50, even though they only give you 50mb its till a good deal w/ all their other features (i think so anyway) http://www.2mhost.com/webhosting.html or maybe I should serve the files off my PC. Do you know if thats a good idea?

They may have changed it, but when I got my RR they had set up a site under http://home.mn.rr.com/ for me...
If you have a static IP you could certainly host your own site, but you may not have all the extra things like web stats, PHP, email server, etc. With the low hosting rates it makes more sense to have someone else host it.
That hosting company might not be bad if you don't mind hosting your site in Egypt. Unless they blow up the Middle East it should be fine....
But whatever host you are thinking about you should do some searches for the domain name in Google and see if you can find reviews and posts about them. I see that there are. If you don't find anything, try searching for "hostname sucks" or "hostname bad" and see if that turns up something.
