Are there any ways to get our website automatically made Search Engine friendly? Can anyone list such programs that are available?

I don't know if there's any way to automatically make it SEO friendly, but there's a list of resources for testing here:

Nothing comes for free in this world my dear friend, you need to do a lot of reasearch and hard work to optimize your site.
IMO register in good forums regarding SEO and keep reading a lot on SEO in related blogs and online articles to improve your knowledge. This is how you should start.
Here are few links for you:

It's always an ongoing process too. Search engines are always changing their algorythms so what works today might not work a few months from now. SEO knowledge is also constantly evolving as the experts learn more about how the search engines work. Reading blogs is a great way to keep on top of them.

I'm saying it all the time here, but the best thing to do is give the search engine exactly what it wants: good content for people. If you have that your job will be a heck of a lot easier rather than continually trying to trick them.

Yea you should be doing exactly that as SEO is a continuous process and you cannot leave it aside for a while. You have to be very well updated in all aspects of it by gaining proper knowledge from reliable sources. The links given by Ian are very helpful I guess and specially the Matt Cutts one as he concentrates much on Google’s algorithms.
