Extensive use of SEO Tools (WebCeo) causes ban my IP?

I am fearing that my IP is banned by SEs if I use SEO Tools like WEBCEO because of repeated query of SEs.

Is that true?

It has happened before but not that often. I would avoid using WEBCEO. You getting a tool that helps with SEO from a website that has a PageRank of Zero? Doesn't make sense to me. The best way to optimize is done without tools like that.
