the first problem is with a great number of keywords in keyword meta tag.
that can do more harm than good.
there seem to be a lot of images on your site.
that may cause slow loding of your site on dialup
I don't know what HTML editor you're using but copying HTML code from Word is not a good idea. The end result looks like this:
<strong>S Balan Group</strong> is an invincible </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">construction company in Pune. </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">A </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">well-built

The SE's are going to be looking at the code and trying to read through it to find the content. It might just choke on all this extra mark-up. Since the SE is going to start at the beginning of the HTML page, it's good to get your content in towards the top. With all this extra mark-up, they might not even get to trying to read your text (I think Google just looks at the first 100k of the page or something like that, and all your header stuff counts there too).
There's also a lot of keyword spamming going on in the alt tags. Use those for actual information that might be useful to a human or *gasp* a disabled person! Most SE's would have a problem with all that repetition of keywords and ignore most of it anyway.
