I'd go with the first set. I've had better luck with full phrases and seperating the individual words. Also depends on how the individual engine analyzes things.

Some search engines will reward frequent usage of keywords like "Acura", so for them the first set would be much better. But some spiders penalize overloading keywords to prevent spamdexing. However, of those, some only penalize for repeating the same keyword over and over, like
Acura, Acura, Acura, Acura, Acura, etc etc etc
and they won't penalize if that word is combined with others into a phrase like Acura NSX, Acura Legend, Acura Integra, etc.
Nothing is 100$ reliable on all search engines, but I'd be willing to bet that your first set works better on more engines than the 2nd set.

eficrx, for the best results you should ALWAYS do a test and check
the results for at least the major Search Engines. Then use the
process that will provide YOU with the greatest benefit. Since that
is quite time consuming and not everyone has the time or resources
to do a test, I can tell you from personal experience, that your
greatest benefit when considering all major Search Engines will
come from using this method ...
(I am assuming that you are talking about putting these words in
your 'keywords meta tag' and not in the body tag, correct?)
If you want to rank high for the keyword Accura then use ...
acura integra legend nsx
If you want to get penalized for the keyword Accura then use ...
acura integra acura legend acura nsx
We advise our clients to use their MOST important keywords FIRST
and then to only use up to 7 keywords, while creating various
phrases and NEVER use commas.
For example ... vanilla flavor ice cream cone
If someone searches for 'vanilla cone', your page will still be
found, but not if you ONLY used 'ice cream' as the keywords to
describe your Page in the keywords meta tag.
Your keywords, MUST appear in your TITLE TAG and in your body and
preferrably in heading tags, i.e. Keywords
I also hope that you don't belief that your keywords meta tags are
your way to top Search Engine rankings? Because they are NOT. They
focus most on the THEME of your Site as a whole and not just a page
by itself. For example, if there is a Web Site with say ten pages
about the Acura Integra and you only have say three pages about it
but have 7 other pages about other models, then the chances are
real good that the other Web Site would easily out rank you for the
keyword term 'Acura Integra' even if the other Site did NOT use the
keyword meta tags or even if they used other words in them.
The key to a high listing for a certain keyword is to create a Web
Site dedicated to it and then to attain lots of links to your Home
Page from other RELATED Sites and make sure they use your keywords
in the anchor tags,
i.e. Acura Integra
This way you will have the best chance to rank high for 'Acura
Integra'. If you think you will rank high for all three (or more)
models, then don't, unless folks type in ALL three models together
in their search.
