Over at webuildpages they have a lot of cool SEO tools. But one they have, that they don't link to in the open, is the common backlink tool. I think this is the most useful of all of them.
You enter urls of your competitors and then it will give you results of who links to 2, 3, or 4 etc of your competitors. It's a good way to find websites that would be willing to link to your website.

i have gone through the backlink tool and the site, and it is very useful.
there are many more useful tools in addition to the one linked above.

i have just started using IBP (internet business promoter), any body else use that? it seems to do the job for me. it's not cheap but full of useful tools

Here is a good one if finding sites to link to you is the object. Better than the one above. This is a trial version that is permanent, the only restriction is only 20 results per search are given, all the rest is same as the paid one. But you can use diffrent sets of keywords for more results. I have found about all my links with it. Free to down load.
