Can anyone recommend 1) An article submission service that will submit articles to directories good for links?
2) An article submission service that will submit articles to better directories (also good for visitors)?
Please help cause these BS offers I find through search are getting me maaad.

There are many services are available on internet where you can submit your Articles with help of there software. It will be paid. Free software not gives better result. Better idea is submit your articles manually.

I would suggest that you do it manually, as those services always submit to the wrong category.
i own a few directories and when you have got 200 articles to approve, and someone puts it in the wrong category i dont spend a extra 30 seconds to re-categorize it. it just gets deleted

Whoa, that's a little scary. But good to know, so I don't "waste" any article publishing opportunities. Do you at least notify the people that their article wasn't approved? Do they sometimes as why?
I would do it manually for other reasons, I mean, just for sanity, so I can get a feel for each site and get acclimated to their policy so to speak.

You don't really need a huge list of article submission sites, its preferable to focus on top ten article sharing sites, simply because these are the ones who got decent visitors on their sites..

There are lots of service available on internet just Google it, but it would be much better if your going to submit it yourself instead of using software if you want to get good results.

im not submit in directory, because its dicrease paramrters or not. Some time ago i submit only in qualified directory, but i dont see results =(.

I suggest you to hire someone to work manually. There are people who offer good service who have good list of article directories too. I used to get quality service providers on getafreelancer.com, I belive you too can get one from ther.

Personally, I submit manually to the high PR services. The real value here isn't SEO in my opinion, but being able to have your articles show up in relevant keyword searches. If you are careful and use highly targeted keywords for anchor text and article titles you can see your article show up in organic searches where you otherwise wouldn't have had a chance in heck
