Anyone used Axandra's IBP4?

Greetings:
I was referred to Axandra's web site by my brother. The software IBP4 is designed to help you increase your ranking.
Before I shell out the money for this product, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried this, and what you think about it? Effective? Worth the money? User friendly? etc.
