It's hard to say because the message doesn't include a lot of detail. It sounds a bit spammy to me - I would stay away from anything that sounds like a quick fix and doesn't go into detail about what they will be doing.

This does indeed look rather spammy, I get unsolicited e-mails that read like this every day. Feel free to look into it, but do so with a suspicious mind, you'll probably be able to spot if it's a scam.

Yes! It is looks like spammy. This is show as a Guaranteed traffic, No one can say guaranteed. So Please Quit away from these types of mails.
