I want to implement this https in a site. But scared of lost the ranking and positioning in Google. Give me some idea Plz...

Which page is it you want to implement the Https from? I honestly can't imagine it making any difference I must speculate that this is just a presumption. Your best bet would be to ask those at the Seochat forum: http://forums.seochat.com if anyone can answer a seo question it's them.
Bots can only crawl https if they can find links to those resources, let them crawl and index your http pages and
let your users enter the https pages when they're on your site.

https pages are made to secure the transactions and passwords... usually used in sites that are shopping cart based, banking, credit cards etc... crawlers are not allowed not to reach in those areas.
