Up Against the War

Developed during the run-up to the war in Iraq.

Uses JS to substitute DOM objects with anti-war quotes and images from Peace Pins temporarily, then replaces the original content.

User has complete control over the effects through on-page control panel.

Could be a fun way for a band to announce upcoming gigs, etc.

Quiz engine developed as an adjunct to Up Against the War protest site.

Further developed and tested in a public school environment.

Challenged by a rabbi to make it work in Hebrew.

Questions/Answers presented in a dynamic frame, rather than standard list.

Uses cookies for multiplayer and multisession capability. Also prints record of wrong answers and study sheet.
