Don't pay for web directory submissions. I think those services are more trouble than they're worth. It's probably best to seek out the best quality directories and post to them manually.
I posted a link somewhere to a site with a list of the best directories for SEO. Just give me a minute to find it... Here it is:
http://info.vilesilencer.com/main.php?rock=seo-friendly.php
Look for the little link next to the page title to the excel file. That's got the most thorough list, divided up by category.
If you're looking for good quality one-way links directories aren't a great way to go anyway. They're okay, but they don't carry a huge amount of link value and I wouldn't be surprised if the search engines could spot a directory link and devalue it.

We've got a very nice looking directory advertising here at the moment: avivadirectory.com.
Not sure what they're like, but the design is very pretty.
To get good incoming links you should make sure your site has good content that people will want to link to. I've heard that Google is now interested in seeing constantly changing content and that it's a good idea to write relevant articles to provide good link-bait and reading for the search engines.
If you must exchange links with other sites, make sure they're relevant. I'm not sure Google cares about Pagerank that much these days anyway.

Hello
I suggest you writing articles. Just write article and submit it to dirrectories. If it is interesting, you will get more trafic from article directories.

For your site the key is to get the word out to people who might really like your products and link to them. Usually the best way to get links is to write good content and get it noticed by the right people. For you, the product itself is really great so it should sell itself if you can get the word to the right people. This is where directories and link exchanges might work. Here is an article on 5 link building strategies that might be useful to you:

Another way to find opportunities is to do a linkdomain: search at yahoo for your competitors sites and/or sites that rank well for the keywords you want to target. Then you can see where they are getting their links from and use the same strategies.
The in-page SEO on your site could use some work as well. Work on optimizing your title tags and make sure there are more good words for the SE's to read in the pages themselves.
(I do really like the jewelery on this site! I'm tempted to buy one of these pendants... or earrings!)

Look not only into posting articles on article directories, but also levrage the power of RSS feeds, Blogs, and News feed directories. This, in my studies, has been the most viral way of collecting one way links.
