What is Three Way Link Exchanges?
I do not know SEO. But I do not know three way link exchanges.
What is three way link exchanges? Is three way link exchanges effective way to create traffic to my website?

It is reciprocal exchange among three sites. If Google identifies that you have done three way link exchanges, That may lead to give penalty to your site, So, it is better to be away from three way link building.

Three way link exchange is little bit same as the two way link exchange. In place of giving link back to your site you have to just link to other site. For example if the three sites A, B and C is there. A links to B but B does not give link back to A but in place of giving link back to A, it give link to site C. And finally site C give link to Site A. So there will become a cycle. This process called three way link exchanges.

3 way link exchanges can be detected by Google. The important thing is how artificial they look to Google. There can be a situation where reciprocal linking is valid, even 2 way and 3 way. e.g. If all 3 sites have a link/partner page and that is where all the linking takes place, it is obvious. But if there was relevancy e.g. site 1 offers widget1/service 1 and site 2 offers something different but related and site 3 has stuff related to site 2. The links are from the relevant pages to the relevant pages. Also, having a mix of such links - one way, reciprocal, two way and added over time (not rapidly in a short period for a slowly growing site) will be a more natural way to go.

It's really the first link wheel. Done correctly, they are VERY effective. My clients report

I seldom do 3 way link with others, for its hard to manage.
Most time i just do 2 way links with these related sites.
We can benefit from both quality 3 way and 2 way links.

Three way link exchange is a one of the type of the link exchange technique. Consider 3 website as Site A, site B , Site C. In 3-way link exchange, site A is linked with Site B, Site B is lined with site C & site C is linked with site B. so it is also one type of the one way link exchange

Three-way linking is considered as a triangular shape of a link road between the three sites. Their web site that links to a site B, B links to site C, site C links to A. The three sites site receives a major boost.

A three way link exchange is one type of reciprocal link exchange among three different domains in place of two different domains. This link exchange is very famous way to get backlinks among the web masters. So here three different domains involved. Suppose there are three different sites named A, B and C. Site A links to site B, but it does not give link to site A. So site B only receive link from site A but not back link to site A. Likewise, site C and site A are linked from one site but not linking back. Instead, site C and A are simply reciprocal-linking to different domains.

merryscanian i am agree with you.....
Three way linkexchange is reciprocal links exchange between many sites... But 3 way link exchange is the effective when you will do link exchange with quality parameters.. not using link farm sites... otherwise google will penalty on your site...

Three domains are involved in three-way link building. If X,Y,Z are three domains. X will place link on Y, Y will place link on Z and Z will place link on X. But theme relevancy is very important in 3 way link exchange. I used properly then, it could play a very crucial role in Seo.

I think about 3 way link, 3 way link building is tri circle means A send the link to B & C and B send to both A and C and C send B and A this call circle will continue till any one of circle is not broken.
One way link: Organic link building
Two way link: Link Exchange / Reciprocal
Three way link: as above.

Hi,
Three way link exchange is good method as compare to two way link exchange because Google doesn't consider two way links. In three way link exchange, suppose you have 2 websites A and B, and you create links for A from C and you link back of C onto your second website B.
