WebTrends Live

Hi,

I couldn't find a "Web Analysis Forum" so I hope this will do, after all, the number of visitors you have does affect your advertising!

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with WebTrends Live? (http://www.webtrendslive.com) WebTrends Live (I'll just call it "WTL" for short) has many features that are good for reporting your traffic. You can even make a password for potential advertisers so that they can log in and see your stats.

Here's my dilema, I was thinking about signing up with WTL so I sent their sales dept. an e-mail to inquire into their service. I received back a message from the "Mail Delivery System" that my message has been delayed 24 hours and is not yet delivered. I have not heard anything back from WTL. So, I sent them another e-mail and got the same response. I sent three separate e-mails on three separate occasions (1st msg beginning of March, 2nd msg last week of March, and the third message this past week). I know that WebTrends is probably the best traffic analysis program out there, but I am not sure I would like to sign up if they are having difficulty with their e-mail.
