How good is video marketing in website promotion? Hope anyone could share their experience here. Just want to give it a try for my real estate site which I'm sure needs more traffic.

Ya it will helps you to promote your site first of all try to upload your video into video sites youtube,metacafe,dailymotion and watch the response in that because this was free

the title of the video matters when u r doing video marketing, look for a simple yet elegant name for it.

there are billions of videos on youtube or metacafe, posting one that promotes a website among them seems prety much useless to me....

Video marketing is really useful for the simple reason that all the video providers like Youtube, have a extremely high rank and they, most of the time, are displayed in the first pages of google search.

Yeah, like most people have said, video marketing helps a great deal.
Its a type of viral marketing, especially if the video is really catchy. People link to it which leads to more backlinks which leads to more visits and more traffic.

It really depends on the site. For example I have a skateboarding site and 90% of my traffic comes from Youtube. Honestly I think video promotion is underrated. I like to think of Youtube as another search engine. If your video shows up first in Youtube for good keywords you will get a lot of traffic.

Video marketing is very effective strategy to promote the website. It helps to increase the traffic at your site. Flicker, Picassa, Youtube, Metacafe are such sites foe video marketing.

I think video marketing is rather useful. For I read an article in another forum the other day. The owner say that he has earned several thousand dollars take advantate of youtube video. I think you just need to learn how to do it. Wish you will be succeed.
