Im not sure if this is the right section to ask this question but how/where do i get free site statistics without hangups like "limited quota" and a visible site meter to mess up your design?

When I started with free hosting I used extreme tracking *and they still have free version *
The free version just requires a small 20x20 (give or take) image somewhere on your page, paid version has no image and more perks but have never used it.

I use the above link. (statcounter.com) . They have a sickening variety of stas available including country, ISP, visitor paths, how long they stayed on your site for. And - they support invisible counter and multiple sites. I suggest you give it a go1

I would second the above - I use statcounter.com too. The only thing being that the free service does in fact have a quota in that you are limited to 100 logs at any one time. Otherwise it is excellent.

I, for a third, agree about statcounter.com. I use this and it's excellent - do you really need to know everything about each individual visitor anyway?!
