I am looking for a perl script that is kinda like SitePoint's PHP database script for adding articles etc. I would like to have something like that in PERL, that has an online administration area so I can add content to my site from my Web browser. And I must be able to have templates in it, so I can make my own deisgn to go with it. Please point out a good script to me. Thanks!

They host a "V-Zine" on their server and you can customize it all you want and it comes with bundles of other features.
