Can you please give me some pros and cons of using Microsoft List Builder for email campaigns.

I use it. It gets the job done. You can track email campaigns, it's easy to import lists and to send an email is easy to do. It is more expensive than other programs and I don't know if the stats are as comprehesive as other programs. You may want to check out http://www.campaignmonitor.com. It might turn out to be a little cheaper and the stats could be better too.
