Hi I have just had a new client approach me to help them with some e mail marketing this is something new for both of us.
Firstly can anyone help me with some pertenant questions I should ask to help me more fully understand their needs rater than calling them up all the time as I discover new questions to ask?
Also I have heard good thing about Campaign monitor and am considering using it. My main reason for this is I have heard that they know best how to send out mail and can handle large numbers of e mails. I also considered doing it myself but am a bit concerned as to how my ISP may react if I start to send out large numbers of mail.
Any feed back gratefully received.

Hi Email Marketing is good step to increase your sells and traffic on your website. Email marketing is very difficult but a powerful trick to increase visitor. It is not necessary that a visitor purchase any item in first visit. Later visits should be interested to purchase when received your email with detailed information on your newly launched products, discount you offered, features of the products.
