Hello all,
Recently, I had join a Network Marketing Business on a part-time basis. Does anyone here who has some knowledge on this type of business ? I want to learn as fast as I can from all the gurus here

Nope, but am interested. What do you join a Network Marketing Business for? What is it?
Most of us here just build websites so probably haven't got experience of this sort of thing.

Be careful with network marketing businesses. My tip is to not join any one that charges you to become a member or has more than two exclamation marks on their home page.
I researched over 100 networking marketing and MLM businesses and didn't feel comfortable with any of them apart from one which I have been marketing to death for the last four years.
Be very careful and don't get roped in by any hype-filled site or salespeople.

One important marketing strategy you can use to improve your business is article marketing. People differ on their views, but I find writing articles to be the most effective method of promoting my business. Write one article, submit it to several article sites, and soon you could easily have hundreds of links to your product or service! And it doesn't cost a dime - even better.

Network marketers who are serious about building a business should be reading and learning about business fundamentals, the latest sales and marketing techniques, strategies for networking and business development, etc., not just swapping tips at your team's weekly or monthly meeting. Act like a small business owner, and people will treat you like one.

My suggestion is beware before you join this networking marketing. If they charge you to join than most of the time it is spam. I think for your work they should pay you and not the other way round.

Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct selling.
Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).
Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company, or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price.
