Need advertising help for unique website

Hi there,

A little background here first. I had a unique website developed a year ago that basically promotes Americana music to radio stations. In a nutshell, we accept mp3 submissions from artists, screen those submissions for quality and place them in our highly exclusive catalog. We have radio stations join our site for free and can download material for their programs. We now have 100 incredible artists that we signed for free and have a list of over 100 participating radio stations. Everything was going great guns until we decided to apply the "fee". The only artists willing to pay are the ones who have no talent! We pride ourselves in our ruthless screening standards and will not accept medeocre material.

So, we are looking at advertisers to help fund the site. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue or marketing skills to seek out advertisers or how to manage them. Can someone refer me to a firm or individual that can help me in this area?
