Hello,
I have been advised that the only links Google will "credit" your site with are those with a certain page rank.
Doing checks on my competitors, I am not seeing this. Doing a
link:www..com/, I see plenty of sites showing that do not have any page rank.
Yet Google does not show any of the ones I wish it to (related to my theme) in my case, only a number of Link Partner sites that I don't care about.
The links to my site have been out there for 1 -3 months, yet they do not show.
I have even tried submitting them to Google.
This is a crtitical issue for my site because without proper links, my PR will not be good.
Can anyone offer advice?

As far as I know Google credits ALL links.
When you do a backlink search it will only show those with a PR4 or higher but ALL links count towards the calculation of your PR
It seems to ttake an awfully long time for Google to credit ( or list ) backlinks and even longer for changes in PR to show up.

Google will only show pages back with a PR3 or higher there's nothing you can do to make them show if you have got links from sites that under a PR3, but even low PR pages will help the overall PR of a site and help increase it's PR but it will just take a little longer and you need more links.

I also believe that google will only show backlinked sites if your site has a certain PR? Anyone certain about this or did I just hear it somewhere??
