Does anyone have any details on how the CTR on a banner is affected by the use of a mouseover JavaScript event?

Though I have no direct figures for this I would expect the change to be minimal as the mouse pointer would have to go over the banner to have any effect - and when the mouse go over the banner in the first place it is likely it is to click on the banner itself.
