I recently got a new website www.drivingelite.com. The site is only a few days old, but i have spent a few dollars on buying 10,000 or so unique hits to the website. Also have registered and started using traffic swarm and a couple other sites like that to drive traffic. However I haven't had 1 sale yet. How should I go about advertising, and if I lower my membership from $15 to about $3.99 should I receive better results ?

Those traffic programs end up hurting you; they make your site look unprofessional. You should avoid them. They don’t work either.
If you really think you have a great product don’t change the price, but if it isn’t worth $15 to someone, lower it.
You site looks a little too good to be true. That is going to reflect on your sales. For only $15 someone will give you a car? BS, that is what people are going to think. Adding fake testimonials won’t help either. I don’t know what to tell you. You could try an AdWords campaign and see how that works.

Traffic programs are only used buy other internet marketers to increase hits and most of those people either use the auto traffic exchange option or a bot to do the manual traffic exchange and are not even at the computer 90% of the time so the only thing seeing your site is at most a bot.

I agree, I have tried these 10,000 unique's for a few dollars and they are litterly too good to be true. You need to approach webmasters of websites with a similar theme and content to yours and enquire about link exchanges as this will help increase visitors and also improve your search engine rankings.
I've also had a look at your code and you don't seem to have any keywords or description in your META Tags which would help a lot to get you into search enignes. You could try using an SEO company to optimize your website and get you into the search engines.

Hello!
I'd start with:
1: Do some basic SEO on your site. Choose several easy keywords to start with
2: Submit your site to some web directories
3: Write and submit a PR
4: Start a small PPC campaign

with new sites I never spend that much money on advertising when there are free promotions/offers from yahoo/google for $50 when you deposit $5 VIA SPECIAL REFERRAL LINKS.
Use the free money first, see how things go, then spend your own money. You can't do it the other way around, because the $50 is only on first registeration
