I recently set up http://superfreehost.info and i am looking to gain popularity, currently it has over 35 members but i have run out of places that i know of to advertise on. I need help, where and how should i advertise my site?

Well this is clearly one of the new byethost reseller's
I recognise the template - the default one
You need to change that to start off, & the wording, for definate,
otherwise you are just going to be the same as all the other 100's of free resellers

Ad spaces
Offline campaigns
Etc. etc.

you can do either SEO, PPC, Link buying or Social media optimization.
SEO - organic traffic from search engines
PPC - paid and guaranteed traffic from search engines
Link buying - semi-guaranteed but also a faster way to get traffic
Social media optimization - high traffic but not that sure how many traffic you can get.

I have visited your site and I think you should change your indexed page your visitors will only live your site if they would see form at first in your site.
