Now, how should I proceed now?
What will encourage others to join my site?
I have searched for free articles that I can publish on my site. But unable to find.
Please, help me by giving suitable links(for free content) and suggestions.

You need to publish some articles to interest people to come first (and maybe loose a couple of hundred smilies to keep them there), once you get a bit of traffic you could try asking a few bigger sites for some previews, like a sponsorship deal.

THe best thing to do is read up on a subject then write a keyword rich article yourself.

You need to have a look at your site in Mozilla firefox. In Internet Explorer it shows a blue/grey colour scheme, in firefox it just shows hundreds of smiley faces, no banner, no images just hundreds of smilies - animated ones at that

The site has been updated. I looked in both IE and Firefox also in Mozilla. No problem found.
