I run the site albinotreefrog.net and the forums http://archbob.proboards.com and the topsite http://www.phprank.com/members/Archbob .
I get about 150 uniques to my main site a day. How do I promote further, I have gotten all the reciprocal links I can. I have just been accepted as a dmoz editor, but for a catergory having nothing to do with my site. Alot of my traffic comes from topsites and reciprocal links. Can anyone help me?

Like you can never have too much money, you can never have enough reciprocal links. You've got to be persistent and always looking for more! A good trick is to go to a competitor's site and (you need Google Toolbar installed) and click on the Information button on the toolbar and go to Backwards Links to see who is linking to your competitors. Get your site linked on all those sites and it'll not only increase your traffic, but your PageRank.

I downloaded the google bar and saw the backward links deal, but is there an automatic way to link back to the site my competitors are linking to or do I have to go link to them one by one?

I'm afraid you have to do them one by one. Just propose link exchanges as you would any other site.

I ordered 1000 hits and pointed them to a special offer page, where I offered a free gift in a prize draw.
To enter they had to enter name and email, I got around 120 entries, which I thought was good. I was then able to add these to my opt-in list and sell to them later on.
I have tried a few of these companies before and this seems to be the best in terms of price and effectiveness.
