To get your site indexed fast by Google you should follow the following step.
1) Optimize your website make it search engine friendly.
2) Create a XML sitemap of your website and upload it on website root directory as well as submit it on Google webmaster tool.
3) Submit your website on Digg, Delicious and other Social Bookmarking Sites.
4) Do blog commenting and other link building activities.

Re submit XML site map of your website in Google webmaster tool. Start social bookmarking for all URLs of your website, some of good social bookmarking sites are digg, stumbleupon, reddit, delicious etc..
You can do following activities for effective indexing:-
1. Join Facebook, MyBlogLog, Twitter
2. Add url to Google, Yahoo and MSN
3. Add url using Submit Express
4. Add url to FeedBurner, Google Webmaster
5. Link to other blogs

For fast index a number options can be used.
Build a link wheel, which help in fast indexing. In this if one link is crawl by search engine then surly it will index the remaining backlinks in fast.
Secondly do social bookmarking against backlinks, If you backlinks are limited numbers then you can do the social media bookmarking. Which can help in fast indexing...

If you want fast index of your site then, first thing is submit your sitemap to crawler. after that check your robots.txt file. And start your offpage activity.hope this will help you.
