hey,

I was wondering if there are other solutions than google to make money with my website, I did a little research, didn't find yahoo solutions, there are some new things like sponweb.com that sounds interesting, otherwise a lot of pyramid schemes.
any idea?
thanks

I have used clicksor.com for pop-ups. Their pay is terrible, but it's something.

Build up traffic, then seek out your own advertisors. You can cut out tons of overhead by eliminating the middleman.

Hi Lolomachine,

There are always other options. I suggest you join a affiliate network and start earning $ by promoting campaigns on your website. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like my help. I could take the time with you, to look at your website and select the campaigns that would be most effective. We could work together to achieve your website's maximum earning potential!

I wish you all the success!

You could develop your website , and lots of useful content and things that are useful to your users. or you can maybe sell a "niche" service or product. i think in truth you can make money from just about anything , if you know how.

There are quite a few adsense alternatives out there.
Yahoo, clickstor, valueclick and so on.

But looks like it's still adsense which is the best.

First build up traffic to your site, and then join an affiliate program.

Affiliate programs are a way for you to sell other company's products or services and recieve a commission. You promote the product or service on your website and the company is responsible for it's products and services, processing payments and shipping.

I don't know your website address (not in your sig), but you should consider contacting a company (small buisness) related to yuor site and talking about offering their servcies on your site in exchange for a commission. that way you'll get higher pay and be more unique than major affiliate programs.
