Hi,

It is not possible for many websites to have same contents and same rank for longer time, it is temporary. If you find somebody is copying your website content then google will detect it as your website would be older than the person's website copying your content.

You would hope that they will recognize that it would be duplicate content if it appears elsewhere and that you would get the credit for it but sometimes (although rarely) this is not the case but you could take this up with google if it could be considered as spam or if your site is penalized use the reconsideration option in webmaster tools.

Don't worry if your blog is much older than that site Google will know that duplicate is not your site.

I think this is a pretty common problem too..people are always snatching content that they have no right to.

Google is good as identifying duplicate contents. If your contents stolen by someone else Google will soon identify original content and gives you a higher rank. PR is depending on no of backlinks. It is not relevant to content. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Original site will get good rank and duplicate site will receive low rank. Google will identify original content by added date.

Yeah, nothing to worry about long-term in terms of rankings...Google has publicly stated that it won't penalize original authors when their content is duplicated elsewhere. The thing to worry about is someone stealing your information and using that to also take away your business or readership. But that can't keep up really, because you will have the higher rankings.

Duplicate content always problem, once google cach will be penalized. If some body stolen urs content better report google abuse. After checking they will kick the stoler from SE

Google uses more than just the age of a page to determine what content stay and what is tossed when duplication is identified. Ever submit an article to an article directory with content that's identical to a page on your own site? In general, unless your own has a strong profile and already ranked well, it will be outranked by the new article page if the directory has an established reputation such as ezinearticles.com.
