Hello piroli,
Add your business to the Google Local listing http://www.google.com/local/add/ , and after they verify that your business is real (that takes a while, because they will mail you something), you'll get a voucher to apply to your adwords campaign. That's what I did, and unless that was a short-term promotion from Google it should still work
