Are there any good per 1000 impressions advertisers that pay a good price ($4-5) and pay out after you have earned about $20. They also need to pay to England!

i highly doubt u'll avg. $4-5 cpm with any well established ad network like burst or the others, maybe $2-3.

Burstmedia rejected me saying that they could not find targeted advertisers for my site which is a general search directory . i am also looking for a CPM company , i get about 7000-8000 page views per month . Can anybody help me .

i know of a company that pays $1+ cpm for banner position anywhere on ur pages. i believe their only requirments are a domain name and 100% english content. check out my signature link below.

I'd try Googles Adsense, they send a check to UK based operations but you'll be lucky to get big returns per click!
The most I've had per click is just under a dollar!
