Getting ad offers - how do I start running these?

I run a tech. news site with a focused topic and it has been online for nearly 4 years. I am doing rather well with Google AdSense and am getting about 20,000 pageviews/day (not counting RSS hits, etc.). I am getting lots of private ad inquiries - folks wanting me to run their ads, etc. Doubtless this is due to my high Google ranking in my topic area.

I intend to install PHPAdsNew for rotation software... But how do I determine how to juggle multiple ad clients? What my rate should be, etc? I need a sound opinion to help me get started. It seems foolish to let these private ad folks just sit there, not running ads on my site.

you sound like you have a popular site so, set a a monthly full time rate and for every ad you have on rotation you divide that by then add an extra 10-15% and thats how much you charge
