as you wrote, your sites are listed on google but not getting traffic.
then you should think of optimising your sites for search engines.
it takes long time to get good results with google,
try to concentrate on other search engines like MSN
and as you build links, you will get good ranking and more visitors.

Well firstly on your property site you have next to no backlinks coming into the site,

Let’s take one phrase to begin with, I would attack ‘selling house privately’ as these are your most likely potential clients and should convert the best. They are actively looking to sell their house privately!

The search below is a UK only Google search. Less than 500K which is not a lot.

There are less than a dozen! This tells me that if you use this phrase on your home page. Make sure it appears on the page, put it in one of the links as anchor text, and also create a page on how it works called guide to “selling house privately” without the quotes. And you get some inbound links with this anchor text, then you should be able to get a decent ranking on it. Ok so it is only 100 a month, and with a conversion ratio of 20:1 it will give you 5 sales a month, but when you repeat this across many search phrases your traffic will grow.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I don’t know where you have been reading about optimisation, web design conversion selling etc, but the site is sorely lacking in most elements.

You MUST draw people into taking the action you want them to take, and you MUST make them take the action. This is known as a call to action. Simply making clear calls to action will dramatically increase visitor conversion ratios.

I will not go on here as it is Saturday, and I don’t want to blow your mind by filling it with too much information. For this reason as well I will not comment (until you have replied to this thread) on the other sites, but I suspect that this might be a generic problem.

You also need to look at your page descriptions, as currently google is displaying the default Mambo description on most pages

I need to inject passion into my websites and all that SEO stuff I have a lot to do.

But

I have just come up with a fabulous idea for a website, I am so excited about it I have to code it now.
The idea should appeal to webmasters as it drives good quality visitors to their sites for free.
It should appeal to visitors because they get something cool for free

The idea came to me when I was having a smoke outside on the patio
It’s based on pollination: bees visiting flowers for nectar inadvertently spreading pollen.
I have to do it now while its fresh in my mind.

I value your advise though I’ve cut n pasted it into a word doc and linked it to my todo list.

Because google has probably 50x the amount of traffic going through your search terms that MSN has

If you have an actual product...i.e house for sale signs...why not post a few auctions on EBay. You are not supposed to put 'direct sales links' on EBay auctions, but you can post 'informational links'.

Then, of course, direct all buyers and question askers to your site. If you have a good product that's reasonably price, the Bay's got traffic.

have you tried buying advertising space on sites, for example for your email website what about buying advertising space on a website which is a free email portal etc.?

Get a good SEO for your website, submit your website in all the directories, have a look on the internet, build backlinks with other webmasters, try ppc like google adwords, clicksor ans many more and have patiente. patiente is the key in all mate..

Try using Google Adwords to gain some quality traffic quickly.

you just need to put some investment into one site and as that grows put the profit from that into another site then repeat etc.

Try obtaining non-reciprical links from other sites and avoid reciprocal links simply means that two websites are linking to each other. Both sites generate traffic for each other simultaneously. This follows the philosophy of, "You scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours." A non-reciprocal link refers to a website that links one-way. A good linking strategy is to create as many inbound non-reciprocal links as possible, with some strategically chosen reciprocal links as well. I have a site that offers non-reciprical links, email me and ill give you a deal. Also adwords could work if you input the right keywords etc.
