This is a program that I have seen before but have never got round to trying it out. I might give it a try when I get some more time on my hands.

You can purchase a reseller hosting program anywhere. I personally would refer you to 1&1.com or Hostgator. Theres nothing much to it really. If you design websites for individuals or companies alike, you can offer to host their site on your reseller account, therefore providing you residual income for the remainder of your clients contract or term. This will only work if you create websites for other individuals or you can create your own web hosting service and sell your space to other web designers.
