I believe it is a good idea to get an email list going as soon as you can on your website. I have heard it takes being exposed to advertising up to six times before someone will buy. Your email newsletters are a great way of exposing them many times.
When you do send out your emails make sure you do a few of the following:
Include an unsubscribe link (I forgot this on my first email but thankfully it only went to 7 people).
Make it a free resource and not a list of offers. They subscribed because they are interested in what you offer already, just keep them interested.
Make sure you keep the email addresses private. It is a bad sign to someone that their information is public when they see "Sent to yourotheremails@theiremails.com"

I do agree with that. Email marketing is a very effective tool for marketing and it puts lots of values. But again its a kind of spamming.

This is fine when the user "subscribed". But you cannot do it when they haven't.
And most certainly not when you have obtained their email for a reason other than to send them a newsletter/other.
This is annoying and is the kind of thing I block, and disable my account with the website if this happens

I was talking about an opt in list. Just gathering a list of emails from anywhere and sending them out IS spam. But when you offer your newsletter and they give you an address because they WANT it then you are not spaming.

I believe that Email Marketing is very helpful in promoting your website, But be sure not to become spammer while doing it.. Always send information that is helpful to your client, a newsletter will do..

Email marketing is a good tool to use but if you send emails again and again to same person with similar content then he will add you to spam and your user seems to b dead for you as I think so

Right. Just make sure that the subject and content of your advertisement is appealing to the recipient so it'll not go straight to trash. For a reason that they might suspect it as a spam message. Also, I agree with disclosing the names of the recipients.
