Hi, yes manually created webpages work well in the search engine. These type of pages called static pages. But you are asked also doorway pages these types of page that is designed to be crawled by search engine and usally contain keyword stuffing. A visitor to the website gets redirected to the real page, in about 1 second, the times takes for a robot to crawl the page.

The use of doorway pages is strongly disapproved of by the search engines and it considerd serious spam.
