I am a new webmaster and I want to promote my web site. So I surf some exchange banner program sites. Occasionally, I find one exchange banner program called popinads. I click and see Demo. I feel that this kind of banners are attractive. Do anyone use this kind of banners before? Can you guys share your experience to me? Thanks alot.

I hate all types of adverts, whether they pop in, up or under! I use a popup killer but if it doesn't catch this type of advert I'll generally close down the site. Any kind of intrusive advertising is totally bad IMO and gives me a bad impression of the site they are on.

I accept one pop up or under when I visit any page. However, if there are lots of pop up/under banner, I will feel annoying. But I don't think PopIn Ads is annoyin. Can you tell me your opinion? So I can consider whether I join popinads.com or not. Thank you.

I would have to agree with the Webmissstress.

I automatically shut down popups without reading them. ( I guess if the header was big enough it would make an impression but I wouldn't 'read' it )

I am not sure what it is but I find them invasive. I feel as though I have been cheated into looking at something I did not ask for. I guess the equivelnt would be if the TV automatically swapped channels every time adverts came onto another channel.

Banner or text adds are different. They are there ( or not ) all the time and I can just choose to ignore them if I wish.

IMO, depends on what kind of advertising companies you join. For example, I have joined as a publishers in two advertising agent webpages. The first one gave me the bad experience. There was no technical support to me and lots of pop up from my webpage. And now, I join one Popin Ads website. This one give me the good impression. Not only they reply me immediately when I have questions, I can choose one move from 4 differnet directions. This can minimize the annoyance to my visiters. As a publisher, I feel popin Ads is better than other pop (like pop in and pop under).
