Hi I am thinking of signing up for BurstMedia to use as my 'fill-in' advertising for FastClick - but when reading a quarter way through their TOS, I found this:
NOTE: BURST! WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS TO YOU UNTIL SUCH TIME AS WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU AN EXECUTED COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING A COMPLETED TAX STATUS FORM (Exhibit A.)
Do you actually have to send in a tax return? I'm also in Canada - is that a problem?

I haven't sent them anything but I'm in Denmark so it as a bit different maybe. I don't know about the situation with US <--> Canada.

You only need to send that in if you make more than a certain amount per month. (Several hundred dollars, I believe. Only substantial money would require you to send your tax form in.) I haven't had to yet.
And also, why are you using BURST! to fill-in for Fastclick? I use the combination, but the other way around. BURST! is much more higher profile than Fastclick and offers better campaigns.
