Submit to what? Search engines? You shouldn't have to submit at all. If you've got some incoming links that's all you need. They will find you.

I agree with Megan
If your site is anygood the spider will find you via links, however you can submit manually but they dont like you doing it more than once per month

I think he meant submitting to different directories for link-building? You shouldn't be over-diligent here, otherwise your site may get banned for excessive link building. The number of links per month is defined by the degree of competitiveness of your site. The more competitive, fewer links a month is considered to be normal.

All you have to do is get a link from a website that is already indexed by Google and your site will be spidered in a couple of days. This is the best way to get a new website indexed quickly. As far as submitting to directories, you should make sure that you build your links slowly over time so the search engines will not think you are spamming. All those sites that claim to submit your website to a million search engines for free will not do anything for you. If you are going to submit to any search engines, you should only submit to the big ones and do it by hand manually.

Yes, simply keep building your links and you should not have to re submit to the engines.

There is no need to submit to search engines (as everyone has said), and with regard directories, do it once, do it right, and forget about it.
