I didn't mention the name of the one I use, its "Search Engine Buddy" A free download, and it will do more than find your best keywords. It also analyzes your title and description for you, and warns you if you have used excessive characters in these.

My own, I have a program that selects the possible keywords from my text. Then I pick the most relative to my sites content from those.
