[="Comic Sans MS"]I am looking for the best (and most affordable) software that will let me send HTML email newsletters. It would be great if the software could also do some tracking, etc.

There are a lot to choose from (especially on hotscripts.com). I'd really like to have a suggestions of one that someone has already tried.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I use listbuilder by Microsoft. It allows you to send up to 1000 emails a month ($3 for 1000 more.) It has tracking and it is $20 a month. It is a little on the expensive side, but I haven't found anything else as good.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd love to find one that isn't "per month" - one that you buy once.

Any more ideas?

Thanks,

The best that I have ever used is Dada mail formerly known as Mojo Mail. There is a free version. I use it to send out a newsletter to around 2,000 people a week.

I've used PHPlist in the past, and liked it okay.

I use Dadamail as well and find it good. We send to 7,000 subscribers per week. I am however looking for something different for another client. They want something with an HTML editor on board. Any suggestions appreciated.

Nothing fancy but i have built mail-list 1.0 it collects address from your users and comes with the software to send out a mass email/news letter,
theres no need for mysql as it holds all the address's in a txt file on your server.
As i say its not to fancy but does the job
OH AND ITS FREE
I will be adding more to the script soon just hard pushed for time, but your all welcome to use it
You can download direct from my site http://www.internetking.info
Hope this helps
Thanks
Mark
