Thats a clever tool, but remember, recipricol linking will never make much of a difference. Don't spend your whole life doing it! Take a note of the PR ranking of those links and choose the highest (obviously)...
dougadam,
This tool inspired me to create a similar one (ASP) with more options. When I'm finished I'll post it. In the meantime, if you have any suggestions for improvement on it that you can think of, let me know.
Make it with a search option with registration or not, no baclinks required or with backlinks... Per country option or general... Can this be done, I think it can...
Well, here is my BETA version (much like the other, but faster). http://www.searchbliss.com/seo-tools/back-links-finder.asp
I plan to add filters (as suggested by demonhale) that will let you select site do or don't reqiure "reciprocal links" and maybe even the suggested "per country" option. But first I have to "fine tune" the results a little more.
I'm going to have to tweek the filters a lot more, but it should get even better. I'll post when the improvements are completed. I also forgot to mention that if you rollover the links you get a description of that page which helpsnarrow things down (do to the poor filters).

Nice find. I thought it was going to be one of those annoying software programs at first, but it's not. Great find.
