Has anyone tried this yet www.startblaze.com ? It appears to be a new "full page" variation on the banner exchange business model. It seems worth a shot only because it does not cost anything. Most of the home pages that show up seem to be webmaster targeted/oriented too. I guess that can be a plus or a minus depending how you look at it. I am going to let it run for a week or two and get back to you all.

I saw that site a few days ago by chance. I was interested becuase it calls itself 'viral marketing' (unless I've got the wrong site here!).

Again,it's an original idea but I do notice that unless you have a marketing budget of millions it's quite difficult to get people to embrace new ideas. I really like there concept, I just doubt whether it'll catch on sadly. As with most things it just needs a decent amount of traffic and I'm sure it'll do well.

I'm not so sure about this one. It seems somewhat like a pyramid scheme. I signed up because it costs so little.

Some of those sites that get rotated were either broken or kind of crappy, and yes, mine may be one of them...

Jim Daniels is way cool (bizweb2000.com), but I bet he gets more qualified traffic from this link here than Start Blaise.

I have visited a few of the sites, but overall I'm not impressed. Mostly I just cycle pages to get hits to my site and mostly I don't click since I automated it. Looks like I can only earn 5 credits a day, which was smart of them. If I started to build a pyramid it could get me more traffic, but of what quality?

Are YOU visiting these sites that are displayed?

Are YOU getting more sales / leads?

I think StartBlaze is a good idea but as I said before I think it'll depend on its marketing. If the sites registered are really of low quality then they need to address that. I think they key to most sites is e-volution (hehe, couldn't resist the e- bit). All sites need to constantly tweak themselves based on feedback.

I'm currently adding over 20 'tweaks' to my site ranging from simple graphical changes to alterations in how the system works just so my users like it more. Perhaps StartBlaze should take some of this feedback and change things a little, it can't be right that this man can only get 5 credits a day surely?

Well, StartBlaze is okay, but you only earn 1 hit to your page for every 6 times you open your browser, or every 6 member pages you view.

I use a competitor of StartBlaze, which I think is much better. I use:
http://nomorehits.com

With NoMoreHits, you earn one hit to your page for every 2 times you open your browser, or for every 2 member pages you view. Talk about much better...

To join NoMoreHits, go here --->:

I got over 26 hits to my page on my first day from NoMoreHits.

To follow up, I was mistaken about how many "hits" you can earn in a day.

I HAVE seen increased traffic to my site, but no indication of much more than what I do, which is view the page and then move on.

There have been a few sites I've visited, but not many. The percentage of bonafide business or informational sites is really, really low. The one realizing the most benefit at this time is StartBlaze and it partner or sister sites.

It' a lot like a pyramid scheme for getting traffic to me, except that it is "free", so noone is really getting ripped off.

Still looking for some report that SB traffic = $$$.

Hi, i've tried it, because it sounds a pretty unique idea that is worth a shot, but it seems to be hard to build a decent downline with a site like mine. I have the traffic, but it seems only a few visitors are interested in this offer.
