AllAdvantage has sent out the viewbars and I am already accumulating money......now we will see if I get paid :>

ok, I went to that paid to surf site and signed up for the other remaining 4. I'm going to put together an information/referral site and publically display all of my stats.
1. to see if I can make some money
2. to see if these guys are honest
3. publically rate them on their reliability .
4. I need more web sites for my "design" portfolio

I figure I'll only be out a little bit of time, so if I never make a dime, I really wont be out much .
(if it pays for my long distance phone bill I'll be thrilled!!!)

Call me foolish, but I am signed up with Alladvantage and have over 1000 direct and indirect referrals. I just downloaded my Viewbar yesterday and already my referrals hours are climbing rapidly!

I figure it this way:

If it doesn't work, what I have lost? A little time, maybe a little bit of money from what I could have been promoting otherwise. (I do mean a VERY little bit of money... I spend very little time promoting this)

What do I gain if this does work? This could end up being a VERY LUCRATIVE program. Check over the site, do the math.

I received my Viewbar on July 28th and 'maxed' my time out for July quickly. (Just 10 hours). With my time and my referrals that had received the Viewbar, I reached $15 in the last days of July... not quite enough to get a check. ($20 min).

In August so far, I have almost $50 accrued so far... I will let you know if/when I get a check.

I've racked up a whopping 12.50 with alladvantage so far (5 or the first month and 7.50 for this month) LOL. Havent checked my stats for gotoworld lately but I've only put in about 8 surfin hours with that one, in fact i'm surfin with it right now .

That's great about your numbers, I haven't signed anyone up, everyone on my e-mail list remotely interested was already signed up . Haven't done much in the way of promoting it yet either but will soon. I find the gotoworld thing a bit annoying also, but it's good for tasks like search engine submissions and forum entries

My AllAdvantage ticker for August is just over $50 now but I have not even touched my GotoWorld browser in 2 weeks or more. To me that browser is absolutely useless - it can't handle subdirectories in the favorites! Since I have many bookmarks, I have them grouped by category and then subdivided after that... so, Gotoworld will have to be updated before it is much use to me.

I just signed up for "paid to surf" program number 7 ---yikes, a couple of them say that you don't have to really surf but only be online we'll see they aren't up yet. no checks here but I haven't reached the minimum yet , their stats do look accurate though as far as how long they say I've surfed and what I estimate.

seems most of the nay sayers have actually been proven right. alladvantage didn't deliver what they initially advertised on their site, lowered payout.

i personally feel these programs will continue to slide. this is primarily due to their user base, mostly kids. i personally have nothing against youth (i've got a web site that targets youth), but as a web publisher i know advertisers do in general because kids don't buy their products/services. serving a youth market really cuts down on the big money advertisers like autos, real estate, jobs, gambling, and so on.

however, with all this said i plan on signing up for alladvantage and giving it a try. although, i expect the payout rate to be lowered in the future, yet again.

AllAdvantage has never lowered their payout. That rumour is a misunderstanding of what others have truthfully said.

They did state originally that their goal is to pay for 40 hours max at the rate of .50 an hour for you, .10 for those that you refer and .05 for 4 levels below that. The amounts per hour HAVE NOT CHANGED AT ALL. Only the maximum hours started out lower. For July the hours were maxed at 10 hours since they just started out. For August, the max was 15 hours and with their additional financing, September was bumped to 25 hours on the fly - and all the while they have been pushing Viewbars out to more people.

So, their track record shows that they are paying more to their users and I believe that trend will continue.

As I said before, sure they could implode from their growth... but what if they DON'T?

But the most important part is that they are still paying the same hourly rates (.50, .10 and .05) for the users and referals. They will work the hours up as they get the advertising going... they do have over 2 MILLION people signed up...

i see what you're say, but then i don't see what you're saying.

example: you come to me and say i'll work for you, but i need $100 a week as pay. i say fine, i'll pay you $10 a hour for 10 hours a week. then when the work week starts i tell you that you can only work 5 hours a week at $10 a hour ($50), hello -$50.

Yes, our demographics are mostly male and 15-25 years of age... but another reason I feel I have been fairly sucessful is that I got in and started promoting it fairly early. I jumped in with both feet.

But, it isn't too late to make a few bucks with this... it will just take a bit longer.

I got word that GTW finally put out their earnings for August - only $2 and change CPM. They had based their projections on $12 CPM... so, many on that forum are getting VERY dicouraged ...

I think they had better improve or many will stop surfing their program. (That is the reason I like AllAdvantage - they stated up front exactly how much they would pay per hour).

I'm a member since July and still havn't gotten it... i emailed them 3 times - no reply.
