alexa stats

Can anyone explain this to me. I really dont understand Alexa stats, all I know is that since the SEO I have had done on my site, it is constantly improving, and taking quite big leaps!

Our website is www.hilltrident.co.uk, if anyone could give me any feedback that would be much appreciated.

Regards
Chris

When you click on the question marks, it's supposed to tell you what each item means. But I tried that and didn't get anywhere with it.

I don't use Alexa, and I read somewhere that it's not as accurate as Google Analytics. But I'm sure that someone has posted a blog entry or how-to article on making use of the Alex stats.

The stats you posted are just for details on improvement... I usually don't follow them when I review sites who sign up for publisher accounts on PremiumCPM. What I always look at is the overall Alexa Ranking and where traffic mainly comes from.

As long as your site's Alexa Rank is improving, then you have nothing to worry about.

Alexa is good for seeing aproximately where your site ranks and where it generaly gets its traffic, but is not the best tool for details.

Alexa only show stats from the users who use their toolbar so dont rely on it ... u can get a correct stats of ur website with google analytics

Agree with it. Alexa's statistics can hardly be relied upon.

Alexa is a tool which shows ranking. If Alexa rank it high, it means rank of site is at lower position. If Alexa rank is high, it shows site is at upper level in Search Engine
